We use Sendle here in Australia, for the fastest, most cost effective, door to door shipping experience.

Shipping times will vary based on proximity to Our Hippie Home, but rest assured you will be updated on where your purchase is, every step of the way. Including detailed tracking from Sendle. Shipping times are generally between 3-7 days.

 

International Shipping:

 

For all International Orders, shipping is from Australia and therefor estimated shipping cannot really be provided under the current climate. But rest assured your order will be processed within 1-2 days and shipped, with tracking and updates to assure it arrives swiftly and safely.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

  

Our razors are made to last, we are not in the business of providing a product you need to repurchase every six months, that is the very opposite of sustainable.

 

To have the best possible experience with your new razor, please follow the care instructions HERE

 

Saying that, nothing is perfect and we understand that there are times that the product is not always as expected, and that quality from item to item, despite being thoroughly checked, can vary slightly.

 

If you find yourself with a product that you are not happy with, the first thing that you need to do is email us immediately HERE. You must contact us within 7 Days of receiving your product, so that we can process in a timely fashion for you.

 

If the item is faulty in any way, we will of course arrange a full refund, credit or replacement item for you. You will need to send the item back to us, at your expense. Your shipping fee’s will be refunded after the issue has been determined and resolved.

  

For items that are not faulty, but not to your satisfaction, you can contact us HERE, and we will discuss a replacement item or credit. All shipping costs will be at the customers expense, and the item must not be used, or marked in any way.
